What’s Covered?

  • Products with Valid Receipts: Your Jetstream product is covered under our warranty program when purchased with a valid receipt.

  • Material and Workmanship: We guarantee that our products are free from defects in material and workmanship for the duration specified for each brand, starting from the original date of purchase.

  • Resolution Options: If you have a valid warranty claim, we will repair, replace parts, or provide a new Jetstream product at our expense and discretion. We also handle any associated fees to get your luggage back into proper shape or replaced entirely.

What’s Not Covered?

  • Accidental Damage or Misuse: Damages caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

  • Unauthorized Repairs: Any repair attempts by unauthorized individuals.

  • Non-Transferable Warranty: The warranty applies only to the original owner and cannot be transferred.

  • Consequential Damages: Loss of use or other consequential damages are not covered.

  • Tech Components: USB ports, wires, and other tech-related components are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.

Important Note

Before leaving an airport or public transportation carrier, carefully check your luggage for damage. If you notice any issues, file a report immediately with the airline or carrier. Damages caused by public carriers are not covered under our warranty. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Policy
